TEC 923: Introduction to Computers for Teachers

Tailored for the computer novice, this course provides the background, concepts and basic skills needed to become a productive and confident computer user. Easy to understand explanations, illustrations and step-by-step hands-on exercises make 'Introduction to Computers for Teachers' a painless way to learn the basics or brush up your skills. The course progresses from 'Where is the ON switch?' and 'How does the Internet work?' to using word processors, spreadsheets and computer graphics programs.
